What is Coaching?
Many people never put themselves forward for coaching purely because they are unsure of what it is....
Let's remove that barrier
Coaching offers a supportive and safe environment where individuals can openly share, gain new insights, and explore underlying assumptions that may be holding them back. While many coachees establish specific development objectives at the outset, these goals can naturally evolve throughout the coaching process.
Example Coaching Topics -
- Confidence
- Stepping into a more senior role
- Prioritising and delegation
- Working through change
- Navigating challenging relationships
- Work life balance
- Managing a team
Core components of coaching are:
A relationship between coach and coachee that is coachee led - sessions will focus on what is important to you as the coachee.
The coaches use of models, tools and powerful coaching questions to guide the coaching process.
An assumption that the coachee best understands their own context and is therefore best positioned to identify solutions and make progress toward their goals.
What coaching is not – someone giving you advice or training you. It is also not counselling of any kind.
Introduction Session
We offer an introductory session at the beginning of the programme to ensure that every coachee feels informed, aligned, and fully committed.
Testimonials
"My coach is a very warm and empathetic professional. Throughout the coaching experience, I felt truly heard and understood. She created a safe and supportive space where I could be open and vulnerable without hesitation. She was always very thoughtful and responsive to my needs, while also gently guiding me with specific questions—especially when I felt stuck or uncertain."
